Light A Candle is a global Christian missions organization working in war zones, refugee camps, and forgotten places, because that's exactly where the Light belongs.


We bring the light of Jesus to the hardest, darkest, and most forgotten places in the world through short- and long-term mission trips, child sponsorship, and relief work, with long-term teams serving in Iraqi-Kurdistan and India.



We are not afraid of the dark places. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Our sponsor children come from the most remote parts of India. Most have been rescued from a life of illegal child labor or forced ritualistic sexual exploitation.

MISSIONS

We send short-term teams to nations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Our focus is the 10/40 Window and the Top 50 Most Persecuted Nations.


 We also train and plant long-term communities in Iraqi-Kurdistan and India.
