We are Derek & Elisabeth Akers. We have 4 children and have carried a heart for the nations throughout our marriage. Derek has walked with Jesus since October of 2010 when he was radically encountered by God. Elisabeth has known Jesus her whole life.

We got married in August of 2015, and from the beginning of our walk together, God has stirred us for Israel and all the nations of the earth.

We have been consistently marked by Jesus to go into all the world and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom. We have served in the local church setting where we were a part of a missions movement in America. We also have a background in the house of prayer movement.

It is with sobriety and great expectation that we step into our calling to the Middle East. For many years, we have had a passion for Israel to be saved. God spoke to us several years ago, through dreams and words about the Muslim world, He said “to have a heart for the Jews without reaching the Muslims, is an incomplete reality.”

We believe our call to be stationed in a central location of the Middle East is strategic. We are going with our hearts burning and our lamps lit.
